No local museum would be complete without information about what life was like for the average New Madrid resident throughout its 200 year history. to do that we have preserved household items, work tools, quilts and the like, all in an effort to show what life was like 'back then.' Come see our 'kitchen' which would have been state of the art.....in 1910!
